If you are between the ages of 6-14, love World TeamTennis and have always dreamed of becoming a sports reporter, then you could be your local team’s next WTT KidCaster! Starting this spring, kids ages 6-14, will audition in participating local WTT markets by reading a quick 30-second audition script, similar to a sportscaster’s television rundown of tennis highlights. They will read this script on-stage in front of a panel of judges consisting of local media and members of the local tennis community.

Once the auditions are completed, the judges will determine who will become the official KidCasters of the local WTT team. Participants will be judged equally on creativity, poise and delivery. After a winner is selected in each of the two age divisions (ages 6-9 and 10-14), they will be honored at a halftime ceremony this summer and allowed to introduce and interview players.
